Acceleration Wall Drill series movements are an excellent way to practice and perfect what many refer to as "First Step Quickness."
Focus points are:
1.Body at 45˚
2. Shoulders retracted
3. Abs tight
4. Body in a straight line head to heel
5. Punch the knee toward the wall keeping shin in line with body
6. Do not let body rotate; hold glute tight
7. Stab foot back to ground activating glute
8. Repeat adding speed only when posture can be maintained.
