Apple Custard Pie

3-4 apples
3 eggs
2-2.08 oz Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Core and slice apples about 1/4 inch thick. Arrange in lightly oiled pie plate. Combine eggs, shake mix, cinnamon and nutmeg in mixing bowl. Beat until well blended. Pour over apple slices. Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle walnuts on top. Bake 10 minutes longer, or until top is golden and center is firm. Cool thoroughly before serving. Makes 10 servings.
