  c.Reach-outs (TRX)

Circuit 2:
2a.Slideboard leg curl
  b.Incline Alt. Ext. Chest Press

Circuit 3:
3a.Slideboard Retro Lunge
  b.Shoulder Press
  c.Torso Trainer
